Mitchell Barocio was born and raised in the Bay Area. His real estate journey begins with his father, Delfino Barocio. Delfino paved the way for his brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, and grandchildren.

After Delfino purchased his first home in Richmond, CA, he became savvy in buying and selling properties, expanding his investments throughout the Bay Area. These include multiple houses, a hotel, a portion of land where he built apartments, and eventually an entire court of homes in Pleasant Hill.

The street is named Barocio Court, and Mitchell currently resides there.
