Monica Barocio

Monica Barocio is the Office Administrator for The Barocio Group Inc., overseeing financial systems, bookkeeping, and internal operations to keep the business running smoothly. With a background in education and leadership across schools, nonprofits, and faith-based settings, she brings structure, clarity, and heart to every aspect of the company. Monica plays a key role in turning big-picture vision into practical, measurable progress.

She’s also a proud wife to CEO and team lead Silvano Barocio and a mom to three young boys. Whether supporting the team or leading her household, Monica is passionate about building strong foundations. She studied at UC Berkeley and earned her master’s in teaching at Saint Mary’s College of California.
